Energyscreen with Smartspring innovation
Screening new greenhouse Den Berk with Smartspring innovation.
In 2014, the Belgian tomato grower Den Berk was the first to adopt our latest innovation: the smartspring. This new system totally fits Den Berk’s innovative character, since they are one of the pioneers of the horticultural sector.
In the new greenhouse of 4.7 hectare, we reused energy cloth and remounted this with the smartspring system. The smartspring brings the size of the cloth package to a minimum. This optimizes the amount of light while the greenhouse screening system is open.
In addition, we placed assimilation screens in an existing 11 hectare greenhouse.
