GreenTech Concept Award: IRIS! Scout robot - Metazet-FormFlex, Micothon & Ecoation Robot for detection of diseases and development disorders of crops in greenhouses. The technology is based on the patented Saber sensor, which detects pests, diseases and shortages at an early stage. The robot can also be equipped with cameras, a gyro sensor and sensors for relative air humidity, temperature, CO², temperature of the tops of crops and a PAR sensor: a combination that ensures almost complete crop control.

Jury: Crop management using highly sensitive, accurate technology is the future of today's horticulture. Although the Scout robot from Metazet-FormFlex has only just been launched, the jury thinks that this highly advanced technology has enormous potential and fits perfectly with today's crop management.

GreenTech Impact Award: Priva Academy - Priva Horticulture BV Priva Academy: access to knowledge, wherever and whenever. Priva Academy is a free online training service for growers from all over the world, the Priva partner network and the Priva organization. Users can learn more about irrigation, climate, energy, labor and production processes in a horticultural and indoor climate. Priva Academy helps to reduce (32 tonnes) CO² emissions and save 1.2 million on overhead costs.

Jury: Successfully presenting new technology to growers all over the world means not only offering new tools, but also taking responsibility for training and educating growers on how to make optimal use of these tools. The jury is of the opinion that Priva has assumed this responsibility with the Priva Academy and is an example for many others.
